Orders, Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer same day shipping if your order is placed before 12pm Monday-Friday and trust our delivery partner Royal Mail to fulfil the delivery.

We offer three of Royal Mail's services: Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Next-Day by 1pm.

International Delivery

We currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom, but please email hello@joyfuljellybean.com if this is a service you'd be interested in

Returns

We really hope you love your box, but if you would like to return your product, please notify us at returns@joyfuljellybean.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once the return is confirmed you'll have 14 days to get the parcel to your local Post Office and we will refund you within 14 days of the parcel arriving back with us at Jellybean HQ as long as the products still have tags on and meet our returns terms and conditions.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Our Products

Product Safety

All of our products come with the CE safety marking.

It should be a given that the toy your baby is playing with is made from non-toxic materials, sadly that isn't always the case, which is why we have only selected to work with partners whose toys come with the CE safety certification, so you can rest assured your toy is safe.

Please always supervise your child when they are playing.

Designed to keep you and your baby entertained, Joyful Jellybean is the perfect solution for toy rotation and gift giving that will be enjoyed long after the newborn baby clothes are packed away.

Seasonal Drops

Throughout the year we launch limited edition seasonal boxes to mark the holidays. From Valentine's and Easter to Halloween and Christmas (and a few inbetween!) we create a custom box for that year on a limited run. Once they're gone, they're gone!
